1 ½ cups almond meal
1 cup desiccated coconut + extra for rolling
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Marine Collagen
1 teaspoon Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte
1 orange (zest and juice)
125 g dried apricot
1 tablespoon cold-pressed coconut oil
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

How to Make
How to Make
Combine almond meal, coconut, Healthy Chef Collagen, Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte, zest from 1 orange and dried apricot.
Blend until combined in a food processor or blender. The mix should be nice and crumbly.
Pour mix into a bowl and add the vanilla, coconut oil and maple syrup then mix through using a little juice from the orange until you have a soft delicious ball.
Roll into balls then in coconut.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving and enjoy.
Makes 12 balls. -

How to Make
Combine Healthy Chef Turmeric Latte with 1 tablespoon freshly boiled water and a little honey into a glass.
Heat milk and pour into the glass, stirring a little to combine whilst pouring.
Dust with cinnamon and enjoy. -
